For Earth Hour my friends and I took a picnic to a park by the water, overlooking the harbour and the city. We stayed until one in the morning, just talking about nice things. It was a warm night, too.
Spring is finally here! Everything is turning green, all the trees are budding, and the weather is finally warming up. Our winter was especially long, so I'm very enthused to feel some warmth from the sun and the world lighting up with life.
Suddenly I wanted to eat 豆ごはん(mame-gohan) which means.."peas rice"?? Anyway, I cooked the rice which mixed the peas, which seasoned lightly with salt. There was the fresh and green smell of peas while I shelled them. In other words, this is a smell of spring.

Last week was very warm, like middle of April. At last feverfew in our balcony has been bloomed. But I'm already troubled with the hateful provoking aphids!
